Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at GOTAMODA.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms apply to all products purchased from us, whether shipped domestically within India or internationally.

General Policy

We only offer replacement for goods for size issues under certain circumstances. No refunds are provided for either domestic or international orders.

Interpretation and Definitions

The words in which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to GOTAMODA.
  • Goods refers to the items offered for sale.
  • Orders means a request by you to purchase goods from us.
  • Website refers to gotamoda.com, accessible from gotamoda.com.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Conditions for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The goods must have been purchased in the last 7 days.
  • The goods must be in their original packaging.
  • The goods must not be made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The goods must not be of a nature that is unsuitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or are past their expiry date.
  • The goods must not be unsealed after delivery for health protection or hygiene reasons.
  • The goods must not be inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse replacements of any merchandise at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods (Domestic)

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. To initiate a return, please write to us at Gotamodabynaxy@gmail.com.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a replacement without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.


International Shipping

Conditions for Replacement

The same conditions for replacement as domestic shipping apply to international orders.

Returning Goods (International)

  • You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us, including any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with the return shipment.
  • To initiate a return, please write to us at Gotamodabynaxy@gmail.com.
  • We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.
  • We are unable to issue a replacement without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
  • Please ensure the goods are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
