Conditions for Replacement
To be eligible for a replacement:
- The goods must have been purchased in the last 7 days.
- The goods must be in their original packaging.
- The goods must not be made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The goods must not be of a nature that is unsuitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or are past their expiry date.
- The goods must not be unsealed after delivery for health protection or hygiene reasons.
- The goods must not be inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse replacements of any merchandise at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods (Domestic)
